i appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. they were always available and ready to assist. the hotel's location was also convenient, providing easy access to various attractions.
the room i was assigned felt quite small. there wasn't much space to move around comfortably. also, the soundproofing wasn't great as i could often hear noise from the hallway.

The breakfast had a great selection of foods. I found the staff very helpful. My room had a view overlooking the courtyard area. The location was convenient to the railway station. but the city center was in easy walking distance!

The staff at reception were friendly. The location was near the train station.
I was not happy with the room size. It was smaller than what I expected based on the hotel website. The shower was also very small, and the carpet had a stain. I found the experience disappointing.

great breakfastfantastic staff
The breakfast each morning was GREAT with plenty of choices. The reception staff are all fantastic, always ready to assist. I was impressed by the variety and freshness of the food.

I stayed in a quiet room overlooking the courtyard. The free coffee available in the lobby was REALLY nice. It was a GREAT addition. Staff were helpful with directions.
The pillows were not comfortable for me. I found the central heating TOO high. I was sweating a LOT during the night. Someone entered my room while I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. This was VERY disconcerting.
